Minor International currently has five Marriott branded properties within our portfolio. The JW Marriott Phuket is wholly owned by the Company, but managed by Marriott while the Bangkok Marriott Resort, Pattaya Marriott Resort and Hua Hin Marriott Resort are franchised properties that are owned and managed by our staff. Our fifth property, is the Marriott Vacation Villas timeshare project in Phuket that is a 50:50 joint venture with the timeshare division of Marriott International.
