Responsibilities :
  Identify surplus or marginally used properties for Minor Food Group’s business properties’ opportunity, mixed use projects (business properties’ opportunity) with public or private joint developments.

Evaluate alternative uses and recommends appropriate disposition or re-use of properties.

Negotiate and administer acquisition agreements, conveyance agreements, real estate development agreements, leases and miscellaneous real estate related documents. Lease agreements may include leases of space, leases to others for concessions at various facilities, economic development leases, or interim leases pending construction of projects.

Determine fair market values for properties purchased or sold, or fair market rental for properties leased.

Provide assistance to Legal Team in the event actions are required to acquire necessary property rights.

Prepare real estate related studies or reports as requested by Management. Such reports may include feasibility studies, economic reports regarding various real estate projects, or similar real estate reports or studies.

Update data based profiles for good used in determine of business properties opportunity - geographical, economical, etc.

Present / provide information to Management regarding real estate related projects.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications :
  Only Male between 35 -42 years.

At least Bachelor degree in Law, Real Estate, Public Administration, Business or any related fields

At least 5 years direct experience in Real Estate or in acquisition and management of public agency real property, sales or brokerage

Having background in site development ( Especially for retails shop, Food line)

Having experience in preparing site package and handling any related contract of agreement ( Ex. Real estate agreement, conveyance agreements etc)

Proficiency in English and computer literate

Strong & mature , Good negotiation skills.

Be self-motivated, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure

Able to travel as per requested.
