Monitor the sales data of all the outlets, and prepare the analysis reports. Coordinate the annual audit of financial statements. Prepare, submit and present monthly financial statements and budget status reports to the Financial Controller. Assist in the preparation and review of financial plan. Coordinate the preparation of the Annual Controller’s Report for the State of Government/ Taxation. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Perform all entries to the balance sheet, operating statement and cash flow statement and month end closing . Provide P&L analysis report of franchise business Oversea and maintain all Trademarks registered in overseas Review and maintain international franchise contracts of IFH Coordinate and facilitate international franchisees of any issues regarding account and finance. Prepare payment voucher for FICA and monthly confirm of inter-company charge Coordinate with company secretariat in Malaysia in relation to IFH business Responsible for migrate all data from Excel template to JD Edward Qualifications :   Thai nationality, age between 28 -40 years At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance At least 5 years in Multi Accounting function Experience in food service is an advantage Good command of spoken and written English.
