Responsibilities :
  Manage the 3 PL to perform according to the SLA which will include a continuous improvement program.

Coordination between the operations department of MFG and the Logistics Service Provider to ensure availability of products, while maintaining an optimum level of inventory, while maintaining a high level of customer focus.

To be able to manage the Logistics Service Providers which provides services including logistics, warehousing and customer services in terms of cost effectiveness.

Establish standard minimum stocks and reorder stock level for MFG

To managing overall weekly stock availability report through coordinating with purchasing staff for products coding, especially for new products.

Review the Cycle Count and work with 3 PL to eliminate discrepancies.

Provide support to all branches and purchasing staff as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Develop a continuous improvement program with the 3PL and ensure completion of projects.


Lead and coordinate with other departments in demand/Supply planning

Set up the SOP for Demand/Supply Planning

Implement / create Demand/Supply planning tool.

Lead and work with other departments to ensure 100 % stock availability to serve demand both short-term and long term.

Implement continuous improvement programs on demand supply with our direct to store suppliers.


Lead the TCO strategy study and implementation.

Participate in SCM–TCO strategic planning.

Perform the logistic and distribution capacity planning

Lead and coordinate with other parties to execute the TCO strategy and capacity planning.

Evaluate alternative methods of distribution to reduce TCO costs with our direct to store suppliers and 3 PL.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Qualifications :
  Thai nationality, age not over 40,

Bachelor's Degree in related field Supply Chain/Logistic and Engineering

At least 5 years in management level in supply chain management both demand and supply

Experience in FMCG, food service, hotel or retail industry would be an advantage

Strong command of spoken and written English and computer literacy

Be self-motivated, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure

Strong Leadership, communication and presentation skills
