Responsibilities :
  Develop Market CA( CAPEX) and Market Planning for MFG 5 Brands.

Prepare the analysis of current MFG outlet retail trade-zone profile.

Manage and compile information on competitor’s movement, current market situation, and market potentiality of “Quick Service Restaurant” & “Table Service Restaurant” Industry by using Map Info. Software.

Plan, design, conduct, and control the Retail Trade Zone Analysis which involves statistical method by conducting questionnaire interview; analyzes and propose the outcome.

Help and support finding the best location for opening of MFG new units to ensure the new unit profitability.

Conduct preliminary feasibility study on opening of new unit, of existing unit, and new concepts or channels for future expansion.

Host in the Site selection meeting for a new site pipeline.

Host in the Development Review on a quarterly basis.

Work as a Market CA and Market Planning information center.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Qualifications :
  28-40 years old.

At least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering or Construction Management

At least 5 years direct experience in construction project management

Proficiency in English and computer literate

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


Ability to plan, organize and implement complex projects.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Understand construction safety standard and safety practices

Knowledge of contracting procedures

Has a basic knowledge in the design and construction of food outlets

General knowledge of business related theories and practices including: economics, finance, accounting, and law project management, etc.

Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
