To ensure timely and accurate reporting of The International Franchise Holding Company include responsibility for monthly consolidate management accounts, annual budget and quarterly and annual statutory accounts. 2. To ensure that the Company structure and business practice i.e. licensing brand to other countries are complied with Tax, Law and regulation in each country. 3. To ensure that Office CAPEX and Admin Expenses are under control. 4. Set up Finance/Accounting system including policy procedure for oversea subsidiary or JV as required. 5. Develop Finance/Accounting practice for Franchisee, as required through OE and standard practice (Tool box) 6. To review and ensure that the term and condition of the franchise agreement is properly stated from financial perspective. 7. To ensure that the franchisees are complied with the term and condition per the signed agreements 8. Ensure the cash collections from Franchisee are on time. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and review all International and Franchise consolidated financial statements. 2. Validate the consolidated annual budget and periodic revisions. 3. Review and provide consultation on the planning and implementation of tax planning for on shore and off shore companies. 4. Provide input and advice on the first level review of Franchisee/JV/Subsidiary quarterly. 5. Review, analyze, and implement the changes to existing systems and procedures IFH to ensure the optimal performance of the Group and its management. 6. Direct, liaison with the third party consultants, International Business Leader, Franchisee’s representative in Finance/Accounting, Tax and Regulation compliance matter. 7. Review, approve, and direct the business applications, permits, licenses, trademark etc 8. Provide International Business performance comparison and benchmarking. 9. Provide supervision to the Senior Account in field of Accounting such as Accounting Standard (GAAP) and policies and Tax & Regulation. 10. Review and present top management on the consolidated annual budget and periodic revisions. 11. Be a point of contact for all international business quarterly and annually audits including leading team members in working meetings with external auditor. 12. Involve with new market expansion and provide justification from financial perspective. 13. Perform other duties as assigned by Chief Financial Officer/VP of Finance & Accounting. Qualifications :   1. Only Male Expat candidate are welcome 2. At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance Master and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus 3. At least 10 years in accounting / financial role and in feasibility study, with 8 years in management level with international business exposure 4. Having experience in Franchisor organization( F&B) is preferable. 5. Strong command of spoken and written English and computer literacy 6. Strong in working with outside Consulting Firm. 7. Be self-motivated, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure and coordinating work 8. In-depth ability of analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills. 9.
