| Responsibilities : |

Job Purpose:
To assist department managers to develop their own training programs; to conduct general training programs; to coordinate the overall training function; and to research, monitor and evaluate training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop an annual training plan and manages the training budget.
2. Assist department managers to develop and organize their training programs.
3. Assist department managers to train individuals designated as departmental trainers.
4. Conduct general orientation programs.
5. Organize supervisory and management development programs.
6. Coordinate the use of outside training resources.
7. Organize cross-training programs.
8. Assist management in analyzing training needs.
9. Support HR and Operations in all HR development programs.
10. Complete monthly training report.
11. Recognize good quality products and presentation.
12. Check and improves all service standards established by the company.
13. Supervise staff activities to maximize sales and minimize costs.
14. Provide assistance to the staff when required during peak periods.
15. Maintain grooming standards for all personnel.
16. Coach and counsels all employees when applicable.
17. Provide the most effective training to all personnel regularly.
18. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Specifications:
1. At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development or any related fields
2. At least 5 years experience in international companies with evidence tracked record of achievements.
3. Capability of training and development of all levels of staffs.
4. Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
5. Proficiency in English and computer literate
6. Strong in driving results and people management and development
