Responsibilities :
  1. All incoming calls must be answered as “Sawas Dee Kha/Krub…name of the hotel, name of associate” 2. All internal calls must be answered as “Good Morning /Afternoon/Evening (guest name) This is (AYS Agent’s name) “at your service.” 3.All calls must be answered within 3 rings and callers are addressed by their proper name 4. To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner. 5. Received, handle and relaying of guest messages, voice mail and facsimiles in an efficient, timely manner as per Marriott policy. 6. Offer the hotel guests the best possible service though courteous and proper phone answering procedures through proper telephone procedures. 7. Be an ambassador by promoting the hotel, restaurant, lounge, gift shops, etc. 8. Be able to give accurate directions and information regarding the immediate and metro area. 9. Ensure all customer complaints are recorded in the Guest Response Program in a timely and directly professional manner. 10.Ensure all guests experiencing a problem receive an immediate response along with satisfactory resolved, any promised compensation is delivered and all guests receive appropriate follow up in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications :
  1. At least Bachelor Degree in any field 2.New graduate or at least 3 month internship in Front Office or At Your Service at one of the international hotels 3. Completion of New-Hire Training of At Your Service 4. Strong in inter-personality and supervisory skill 5. Good knowledge of Fidelio or current Front Office System 6. Proficiency in English communication (SAC 4+) 7. Height (at least 160 cm for female) and weight in proportion, no eye glasses, no teeth-brace, natural hair color
