Preferably a post-graduate degree in Engineering or Business Management. • Minimum 12 – 15 years of relevant experience in project management and construction management, in infrastructure projects and/ or real estate development. • Ability to manage the construction site, to control the project scheduling • Ability to track the progress and controlling the project budget and variation • Willingness to be based in Bangkok and with the flexibility/mobility to work for different projects at the same time in various parts of Thailand. • Preferably have exposure to residential and commercial real estate development.. • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills. • Good at networking and relationship management. • Fluent in Thai and English. • Be proactive, energetic with supervisory skills in managing the under staff. • Ability to use the Microsoft Office and the internet • Enthusiastic, intelligent person and positive attitude with a high level of motivation   Apply Now
