The Pizza Company recognizes the tremendous value of
training because your employees are your most valuable asset.
Naturally, enthusiastic and fun people provide the customer with a great
dining experience and are the most important
factor in our success. For this reason, we place tremendous
emphasis on the training and motivation of you and your staff.

To ensure a great start, you and your other restaurant managers
will complete our two months restaurant managers training
program at one of our restaurants. This training covers all
aspects of operating and managing restaurant.
In addition to the technical issues relates to food preparation
and equipment operations, we also spend a lot of time on people
management, recruiting, conflict resolution, customer relations,
team building and time management. After all, our business
is people serving people.
The Pizza Company also sends our training staff to your restaurant
for the week before opening and the week after opening to
train and build the teamwork of your entire staff. However,
the training can never really end.
Our franchise managers
will visit your restaurant to pass on the latest training
and development content together with new menu ideas and help
in management issues. If you invest in training your people,
